If your upcoming interview includes a role play or situational task, this is the session you can’t afford to skip. Over 60 minutes online, you’ll be paired with both a trained actor and a qualified assessor to simulate three challenging roleplay scenarios.

We’ll replicate the kinds of tasks used in major airline and leadership assessment centres: customer conflict, time-sensitive decision-making, and team negotiation. For each roleplay, you’ll be assessed in real-time on your communication, influence, emotional control, and root cause problem-solving.

After each scenario, you’ll get targeted feedback on what worked — and what didn’t. Nervous about how far to take it? Unsure whether to challenge or support the customer? This session gives you permission to experiment and clarity on where the boundaries lie.
