You will complete everything in our core Interview Coaching Session

We begin with the full Prep Pod foundation: a recorded video interview, diagnostic feedback, a self-awareness workbook, and your first psychometric sketch (Lumina Splash). You’ll learn to answer questions like “Tell me about yourself” and “Why do you want this role?” with clarity, structure and conviction.

But here’s what makes this package different.

You’ll complete the Lumina Spark Portrait — a full psychometric profile that reveals your working style, stress triggers, communication habits and personality patterns. From there, we co-create your Personal Interview Phrasebook — a tailored library of answers and stories drawn from your strengths, CV and the role you’re targeting. This isn’t templated prep. It’s interview language that sounds like you — fluent, self-aware, and deeply aligned.

Using Prep Pod’s job analysis model, we’ll pinpoint the key competencies behind your chosen role. Then we’ll coach you like a pro: how to anticipate questions, reframe answers, and speak with confidence — even under pressure.

We’ll teach you BBC-style message landing, memory techniques, STAR+ (our signature storytelling framework), and how to spot trigger words that signal what assessors are really listening for.

If English isn’t your first language, your Lumina profile and Phrasebook can be produced in your native language too.
